The Cisco 6700 Series is a carrier class family of Multi-Service Access Platforms. The Cisco 6700 Series Multi-Service Access Platforms provides aggregation, GR-303/TR-008 integration to a Class 5 switch, time-division multiplexed (TDM) switching, and asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) services that are flexible, scalable, modular, and designed for future expansion in copper and fiber networks.
